Blaise Paisel are an alt-rock band based in Kent, UK. They blend in some Coldplay, Foals and lyricism, and have just released the debut EP (you can have a listen to it under the cut). Pretty young, talented and motivated, they are definitely worth your attention.
Introduce the band to somebody who’s never heard of you:
Blaise Paisel are a five piece indie/alternative band with a sound that can’t easily be likened to any music out there or confined to a specific genre. With thought provoking lyrics and compelling music, Blaise Paisel are definitely worth a listen (…or two!)
Three words to describe your sound:
Compelling, poetic, reality
Artists who influenced your music:
Golly! We always find this question hard… Let’s say: Mumford and Sons, Bon Iver, Coldplay, Foals, Radiohead…
What are you up to at the moment:
We just released our first EP (All I Was – EP) on the 24th September and we’re starting to play shows in London this month. We’re planning on getting back in the studio to record some new songs too.
Where else we can find you on the Net:
Tell us something nobody knows yet, tell us something exclusive:
We’re in talks with a little record label which we’re very excited about… hope things work out, we’ll see! We’re loving what we’re doing at the moment either way!
